Freedom Speak
Sing along Tuesday, June 30

Volunteer roles.

Four ways to help — a few hours of your time each. Pick what suits you. We'll get in touch with details once you reach out.

— Role i.

Information table

Staff the Toastmasters table during the program. Greet attendees, hand out sing-along QR cards, answer questions about local clubs, and help newcomers feel welcome.

Commitment: 2 hours · Evening of June 30

— Role ii.

Setup & cleanup

Help carry, arrange, and stage equipment before the program begins — and break things back down after it ends. Light physical work, friendly company.

Commitment: 1 hour before, 30 minutes after

— Role iii.

Event photography

Capture the program as it unfolds — speakers, the audience, the colors, the songs at sunset. Photos contribute to our shared record of the night and to next year's promotion.

Commitment: The full program · Any camera or phone

— Role iv.

Spread the word

Share the event through your own social media, community networks, congregation, or workplace. We'll send you the graphics, blurbs, and links you need.

Commitment: Whatever you can give · Now through June 30

— Community partners

Bring your community in.

Freedom Speak is supported by a growing circle of civic groups, congregations, veterans organizations, and service clubs across the Tri-Cities. Listing as a community partner is free — it acknowledges your group's role in making the evening possible.

If your organization would like to join the list, host a resource table at the event, or contribute a speaker or performance, we'd love to talk.
